We have survived another holiday season of shopping, traveling, and visiting with friends and family. I do hope you have been able to find time to take it easy. More importantly, taking time out for YOU, which is crucial for peace of mind. Personally, I require much more “ME” time than just an hour here and there. Depending on your schedule you should take at least 30 minutes to an hour each and every day for yourself. This time alone allows you gather your thoughts, dreams and reflect on what matters to you the most.
